(Studio) Senator considers ways to solve child abuse problem.
REPORTER: Roger Mudd
(DC) [Mother - tells committee how she abused her daughter.] Mother, who identifies herself as "Jolly K", sought help from several agencies. Finally formed organization called Parents Anonymous. Says now has good relations with daughter. Senate committee considering legislature to help parents by funding programs to help find fundamental causes child abuse.
