(DC) Nixon vetoes vocational rehabilitation bill. Says is inflationary and would force 15% tax increase. [Budget director Roy ASH - says passage of bill would be beginning major inflationary spending spree.] [Department of Health, Education and Welfare Secretary Caspar WEINBERGER - says higher taxes necessary if Nixon budget not followed.]
