(DC) White House spokesperson Jerry Warren says administration will obey law re: yesterday's court decision that dismantling Office of Economic Opportunity is illegal. [OEO employees' attorney Glen GRAVES - says time for Congress to act to save OEO.] Office of Economic Opportunity appropriations must be voted on by Congress June 30.
