[School Superintendent Dr. Ross HEADLEY - says town could borrow money to run schools and sue government hoping to get it back.] [Army wife Betty HARRINGTON - says situation shocking.] [Army wife Linda BATTLES - says children of military personnel deserve education as much as other children.]
