[BROWN - says Watergate has hurt DC's political picture.] Brown tells group of students Watergate bugging a stupid operation. [BROWN - says doesn't know if John Mitchell involved or not in Watergate.] Ohio's 7th district representative of middle American West for Nixon 2 to 1 in election. Is home of Wright-Patterson AFB. [BROWN - says his area generally supports Nixon. Watergate may or may not hurt Republicans]
