(Montz, LA) Flood waters cover 7 million acres in 7 states. Agriculture areas hardest hit. Montz, just north New Orleans, being razed to make room for new levee. House of Helen Seymore bulldozed to ground in preparation for building levee. [Shirley DUFRENSE - says resigned to having home destroyed if it will save lives.]
