(Burbank, California) James Cummings and family go camping every wkend. to avoid noise from nearby airport. [Jean CUMMINGS - says has taught children to cover their ears when jets go over to avoid ear damage from noise.] Cummings family instrumental in getting Burbank city ordinance prohibiting jet flights late at night. Today Supreme Court rules ordinance unconstitutional.
