(New York, New York) Clifford Glover victim of New York policeman. Shooting described. Police say child pulled gun and ran when told to stop. No gun found. [Stepfather Add ARMSTEAD - says boy had no gun.] [Mother Eloise ARMSTEAD - believes it was murder.] Violence in neighborhood ensues. Policeman Thomas J. Shea charged with murder. Police association outraged. Grand jury investigates. [Crowd gives black power salute as casket brought from funeral home.]
