(Studio) Analyst observes effect of Watergate on press and government relations. Nixon, Spiro Agnew, Ron Ziegler's recent nods to press noted, especially Nixon "free press" statement, Ziegler apology to "Washington Post", Agnew observation of "wrongs" on both sides. Agnew blamed for press-government hostility, due to speech 3 years ago. "New Yorker" magazine commended for statement with regard to Nixon statement on Watergate. Admin. said to have blanketed air waves with propaganda and straw polls to win landslide election. Men with exceptional military power said powerless if Martha Mitchell reached for phone.
