(Atlanta, Georgia) West Georgia semipro league, the Feds, composed of inmates at federal penitentiary. Feds play civilian teams with inmate spectators cheering for visitors. [Prison coach John CLARK - says inmates have different backgrounds and offenses but play ball as team. Players older but don't age as fast as contemporaries in outside world because sleep, food and exercise well provided.]
