(Studio) Soviet party leader Leonid Brezhnev arrives United States summit talks with President tomorrow. Talks with reporters In Moscow, USSR .
REPORTER: Roger Mudd

(Moscow, USSR ) Brezhnev gives cordial, expansive press conference. [BREZHNEV - says summit to improve US, Russian relations.] When asked about Watergate, Brezhnev makes no commitment. [BREZHNEV - states won't interfere in Watergate. Indecent to mention at conference, won't mention to Nixon during visit.] [BREZHNEV - denies laws forbidding Jewish emigration. Says any person may leave if national security not threatened.] Brezhnev ready to get American cash, credit and technology. To be able to buy grain anytime. May not be willing to give as much as wants.
