May close plant until freeze lifted.] [American Meat Ind. spokesperson, Herrell DeGRAFF - believes beef growers to slow down fattening beef so most meat ready for market after freeze lifted. Means serious shortages through Aug, and early September] Beef supplies may be hoarded by hsewifes. at frozen prices.
