(Studio) San Francisco Bay transportation system BART studied for answer to transportation problems.

(Oakland, California) Bay Area Rapid Transportation system supposedly better because more mechanized. BART jinxed from beginning with machine breakdowns, accidents and now a strike. [BART spokesperson David KELSEY - says automation holds down human costs.] Humans needed to run machines that run BART, and humans are on strike.
