(DC) Shah of Iran recs. full ceremonies on arrival to DC. [PRES. - says Iran has always stood for peace and stability in world.] [SHAH of IRAN - states Iran to be watchful and keep working for peace.] President and Shah meet in Oval Office-without tape machines recording their conversations. Dep. Press Secretary Gerald Warren had no comment on hypothetical possibility of Supreme Court ordering President to release tapes.
