(Studio) Communist insurgents surround Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Govt. officials say troops can hold Communists off, but Communist troops draw closer. Suburbs attacked by Communist troops although United States air support tried to stop attack.

(Phnom Penh, Cambodia) During rush hour Communist attack begins. At least 20 dead and many more injured. Some say attack aimed at defense, ministry. British and Australian embassies advise their citizens to leave Phnom Penh. Communist insurgents within easy range for attack on many sides of Phnom Penh.
