(Studio) Govt. auditors report on Maryland fund-raising dinner last year in Vice President Agnew's honor. Charge finance regulations violated.

(DC) Hugh Sloan's testimony before Senate Watergate committee gave clue to violations. Nixon reelection committee sent $50,000 to fund dinner and false contributors' names put on funds from reelection committee Vice chairperson Agnew committee says has no personal knowledge of $50,000 origin. Agnew committee treas. Blagdon Wharton accused of lying about whole affair. General Accounting Office says $47,000 contributed by corps., illegal under campaign finance laws. Agnew states has no connection with dinner planning. Knew nothing of plan.
