(Tallahassee,, Florida) Florida brings charges against major oil companies, claiming companies have monopoly on exploring, drilling, refining, distributing gas and oil, so they may charge any price. Wants oil companies broken up. [Florida attorney general Robert SHEVIN - believes oil companies are anticompetitive, causing independents to go out of business and resulting in higher prices.]
