(Holstein, Nebraska) In Nebraska, sod house society set up to recall nostalgic days of sod hses. Vernie Keer built own sod house because of nostalgia. [KEER - recalls childhood in sod house Difficult to build, but joy to have.] Mrs. Insfar recently moved from her sod house but returns often. [Mrs. INSFAR - loves sod house Cool in summer and warm in winter, sod house brought joy and peace to her life.
