(Studio) Senate Watergate committee goes to court to force President' release of subpoenaed tapes and files.

(DC) Senate committee lawyers file complaint and issue summons to Nixon through White House cnsl. Watergate committee insists executive privilege has been misused and President must release subpoenaed material. President urged to answer within 20 days. [Committee chief cnsl. Sam DASH - insists matter too urgent for delay in action.]
