[Massachusetts Attorney General Robert QUINN - believes states must work together against oil ind.] [New Hampshire Attorney General Richard WIEBUSCH - states concerted antitrust action against major oil companies could help solve energy crisis.] Together states may be able to stop major oil companies' monopoly.
