[Alabama Senator Bob HARRIS - believes reader should have background on newsman to judge article written.] ["Birmingham Post Herald" Ted BRYANT - states reporters' inclusion in bill results from legislature vindictiveness against news people.] [Governor George WALLACE - wants ethics legislature, but unaware legislature added reporters into bill. Has no choice but to pass bill, as is, if ethics legislature to pass.] Law to be challenged.
