[Grocery owner John DEUTSCHMANN - believes business will be hurt if sign over small grocery turned off.] [Motel manager Joni WOOD - says business comes from freeway; sign directs traffic to motel.] [Restaurant owner Albert ALF - insists everyone must help conserve energy.] [Tom McCALL - believes residents and businesses must all conform for energy's sake.] Background for OR's energy shortage outlined. Other states may consider blackout soon.
