(DC) White House cooperates fully with IRS. Joint Congress committee and IRS (Internal Revenue Service) to exchange material. Tax deduction taken for Vice President papers in `69 under investigation and real estate deals in California also under probe. Lawyers handling President' tax returns to be interviewed by IRS.
