(Studio) Arab nations may soon lift Arab oil embargo against US.

(DC) Secretary of State Henry Kissinger allegedly recs. assurances of embargo lift from Arab cntrys. [KISSINGER - thinks failure to end embargo highly inappropriate. In legal sense, United States has taken no obligation to enforce Mid. E. agreement.]

S) Arab oil mins. refuse comment on Kissinger's statement. Egyptian President Sadat hints at ending Arab oil embargo. Texaco Vice President Annon Card says lifting embargo won't cure problem. Mobil's Vice President A.E. Murphy doesn't think Arab oil increase will be dramatic.
