(Studio) Govt. troops stop insurgent drive just outside Phnom Penh. Description of effects of war on Cambodian children follows.

(Phnom Penh, Cambodia) Govt. orphanages in poor condition. Cambodians absorb many orphans into own family. ["World Vision" Dr. Penelope KEY - says most children catch all kinds of diseases. High rate of mortality not unusual during epidemics.] Children maimed physically and emotionally by war can only wait.
