(DC) Judge John Sirica wants former President Nixon to appear personally before jury. Former President' attorney promises new medical report in 3 weeks; Nixon making rapid recovery, however. Judge Sirica may ask court-appted. doctors to examine Nixon if next medical report doesn't allow Nixon to travel. Earlier, tape played of conversation with Nixon, John Dean and H.R. Haldeman.
