(Tel Aviv, Israel) Violent demonstrations protest government's new austerity plan. Prime Min. Itzhak Rabin tries to enlist support of labor unions for austerity plan; tempers fly. Fin. minister despaired as union leaders shout demands that would wreck belt-tightening demands. Labor unrest spreads.
