[Rockefeller attorney Donald O'BRIEN - says Rockefellers hoped book would be profitable.] [Senator Robert BYRD - criticizes investment pretense of Goldberg book.] [Laurance ROCKEFELLER - finally admits $65,000 investment in Goldberg book was political contribution.] [Author of book, Victor LASKY - says he knew book would be used in political campaign.] Rockefeller confirmation likely but Democrats obviously enjoying peeking into private life of Rockefeller family.
