(Studio) 3 Boston school committee members who defied desegregation orders given more time to consider consequences of their action.

(Boston, Massachusetts) Mbrs. Paul Ellison, John Kerrigan and John McDonough face daily fines unless they agree to desegregation plan. Sentence reached by Judge Arthur Garrity. Garrity recommends McDonough and Kerrigan be suspended from federal law practicing also. [Antibusing leader Louise Day HICKS - says she's disappointed with decision.] 3 plan to appeal today's order.
