[Senator Hubert HUMPHREY - insists dollars' buying power at new low.] Proxmire asks Ash about his statement with regard to energy crisis. [ASH - insists his statement in agreement with President' plans for breaking back of energy crisis in `74. Consumers must learn to live with less energy.]
