(Studio) Secretary of State Henry Kissinger ends talks with Soviet party leader Leonid Brezhnev. No agreement on nuclear weapons reached.

(London, England) Kissinger flies to London on way home. [KISSINGER - reports good talks, but won't discuss any breakthrough.] Soviet foreign minister Andrei Gromyko to visit Washington, DC soon to continue talks with Kissinger. Kissinger to return to Moscow before Nixon trip in May. Kissinger meets with Prime Min. Harold Wilson and foreign secretary James Callaghan in London. [KISSINGER - attempts to uplift spirits with regard to United States, USSR talks.]
