(Studio) House Judiciary Committee to try and get grand jury's special report President' attorney James Saint Clair promises to respond tomorrow to committee 's request for evidence to be used in impeachment probe.

(DC) [Committee chairperson Peter RODINO - believes committee has waited sufficient time for White House response.] [Representative Edward HUTCHINSON - hopes White House to cooperate with committee ] [RODINO - warns subpoena power to be used if White House refuses to honor committee 's request.] Committee lawyer John Doar and Albert Jenner to appear before Judge Sirica to request grand jury report be turned over.
