[Miner Bill DOAN - says tells buyers Duke stock risky.] Duke ranks 6th among private US power companies Company no longer gets 5% coal it needs from Brookside. [Vice President Dick PIERCE - says we are not ogres UMW (United Mine Workers of America, International Union) paints us to be.] Ad. campaign ensues.
