(DC) Representative Edward Hutchinson reveals 1/2 of charges to be dropped; Representative Robert McClory says 30 items to be dropped. Allegations likely to be dropped reviewed. [Representative William COHEN - praises committee 's narrowing of allegations.] Committee requests additional tapes to be used in investigating more serious allegations; charges to be further probed outlined.
