[Representative Walter FLOWERS believes testimony damaging to President] [Representative Delbert LATTA - says tape helps President] [Representative Jerome WALDIE - describes President' tone of voice with regard to hush money for Howard Hunt.] Chairperson Peter Rodino says March 17 tape subpoenaed to no avail; President' lawyer James Saint Clair asked for explanation.
