(Studio) Special prosecutor Leon Jaworski says new evidence exists revealing White House used tax audits to harass opponents. Jaworski asks Judge John Sirica to release portion of tape containing previous revelations.

(DC) September 15, 1972, tape contains conversation between President, John Dean and H.R. Haldeman with regard to IFS and White House Jaworski's arguments for tape release outlined. Minority cnsl. of House Judiciary Committee attends closed meeting with Sirica, Jaworski and President' attorney James Saint Clair. [JENNER - says he asked for other portions of tape in meeting] Sirica agrees to consider relevant portions.
