(DC) Many crucial portions of transcripts blotted out by words inaudible or unintelligible. Suspicion increases on Capitol Hill. Exs. of such a conversation reviewed. More serious problem involves deletions thought to be irrelevant by White House Exs. given. Cnsl. John Doar able to fill in many gaps by using sophisticated equipment on 7 tapes gotten from grand jury. Committee wants all White House tapes turned over to fill in gaps.
