(Studio) Existence of White House tapes discussed.

(DC) Special prosecutor's office believes White House tapes originally taped as possible tax break for President IRS (Internal Revenue Service) never confirmed if tapes were deductible; appraiser Ralph Newman placed value on tape recordings, however, Attorney James Saint Clair states White House tapes probably owned by US, but Attorney Fred Buzhardt disagrees.
