Secretary of State Henry Kissinger threatens to resign unless accusations and innuendos stop with regard to his role in national security wiretaps. [KISSINGER - insists former testimony with regard to wiretaps truthful.] Kissinger asks cong. committee to review case. Kissinger later meets with new West German foreign minister Genscher.
