(Studio) John Ehrlichman may go on trial with co-defendants.

(DC) President cnsl. Fred Buzhardt arrives for hearing before Judge Gerhard Gesell. Special prosecutor William Merrill to ask Gesell to reverse Tuesday decision. Buzhardt in affidavit said nothing in subpoenaed files to help with Ehrlichman's defense Ehrlichman's attorney reported client had gone home to Seattle. Gesell says Ehrlichman may be tried shortly. [BUZHARDT - says Gesell perceives change.] Ehrlichman claims there's 2 files he needs for his defense
