(Studio) Vice President Agnew's lawyers win point at grand jury inquiry in Baltimore, MD.

(Baltimore, Maryland) Judge Walter Hoffman rules Agnew lawyers have power to take depositions from anyone to track down news leaks. High White House officials as well as reporters may be called. Hoffman advises grand jury to disregard news leaks and make decision with regard to Agnew on facts. Other charges issued to grand jury summarized.
