(Chicago, Illinois) Raging inflation keeps families from paying off many bills. Loan delinquencies abound. Robert James' family hard hit by inflation, [JAMES - explains difficulties in spreading money far enough to meet all bills.] James' cost of living has incrd. $200 from June `73 to June `74. James now see budget counselor to try and get finances straightened out.
