(Studio) House Judiciary Committee releases evidence publicly revealing White House allegedly used IRS (Internal Revenue Service) to damage political enemies and help President' friends.

Haldeman told President about plan. In summer of `72, John Ehrlichman requested IRS (Internal Revenue Service) probe of Lawrence O'Brien's tax returns. [Former IRS commissioner Randolph THROWER - reveals White House also wanted IRS (Internal Revenue Service) to probe tax returns of list of names supplied by White House Thrower refused.] Dean got tax information on President' friends, however. President' role in IRS (Internal Revenue Service) tactics under investigation.
