(Moscow, USSR ) Sakharov ends strike on doctor's orders. Sakharov wrote letter to Leonid Brezhnev and Nixon earlier in week; details given. Stepdaughter, Tanya, translates Sakharov's remarks. [SAKHAROV - admits he's troubled by lack of concern over political repression. Moscow summit made no mention of it.]
