(Studio) House Judiciary Committee considers report on 9-mo. impeachment inquiry.

(DC) Major and minority reports agree Nixon guilty of obstruction of justice. Republicans say not true; Nixon was hounded from office. [Representative Chas. WIGGINS - says full debate needed if major members pursue this.] [Representative Charles RANGEL - says report must be accepted for factual way President left office instead of Nixon's version. Has to be Congress consensus.] Representative Peter Rodino says Americans like to forgive. Says if Nixon had been frank, impeachment inquiry could have been avoided.
