(Studio) Assistant Democratic leader, Senator Robert Byrd, says if grand jury indicts Nixon, no moral alternative to prosecution. Says special prosecutor, Leon Jaworski, has duty to prosecute if evidence warrants it. Nixon raises question in call Monday to thank Tennessee Republican Representative Don Kuykendall for past support.
