(Studio) Vietnam war vet and flashback victim John Gabron in court for pretrial hearing.
REPORTER: Roger Mudd

(Los Angeles, California) Film of Gabron in jail shown. Gabron's attorney Leonard Weinglass told of 2 more flashbacks which occurred while John in jail. Weinglass' request that Gabron be put in custody of Veterans Administration psychiatrists granted. [WEINGLASS - says finally in the system we've found a judge with a little heart and soul.] Prosecution appealed judge's ruling.
