[1st MAN - thinks pardon in best interest of country.] [2nd MAN - deplores kicking a man when he's down.] [3rd MAN - believes he sees merit in the position now.] [4th MAN - approves Ford action.] Kiwanians in conservative Orange County, California, differ from White House mail. Feelings of group interpreted.
