(DC) President Ford hasn't taken pols. out of diplomatic appts. Supposedly he accepts it as inevitable, just as CIA roles in foreign cntrys. George Bush, Shirley Temple Black, Kenneth Rush, Peter Flanigan, former Senator John South Cooper, Alexander Haig all to benefit from pols. in diplomacy.
