(Newark, New Jersey) 100s Puerto Ricans gathered Sunday in park for picnics. Violence erupted when police moved in due to alleged gambling. 3 shot; others injured. 100s blacks and Puerto Ricans demonstrate in front of city hall Monday against police brutality. Violence in front of city hall shown. Firebombings and lootings occur at night. [GIBSON - says conditions now normal.] He meets with community leaders
